SUMMARY OF OUR BOOKING & TRAVEL CONDITIONS

Here is a summary of our Booking and Travel conditions for your reference. The entire agreement will be provided at the time of confirming the trip.

We handpick experiences in Italy and book all the related services on your behalf, but we don’t own the Tour products.

What we can do for you is choosing:

Lodgings & Daily breakfast.

Restaurants for authentic culinary experiences.

A choice of cultural experiences, guided site visits, and expedited entry tickets.

Inclusive domestic transportation, covering private transfers, train tickets, internal air flights and/or rental cars.

Tailored location guides and recommendations for each destination.

Continuous on-the-ground support and provided contact details.

Thorough confirmation with all partners before your departure.

Note: your international airfare is not part of the package price.

For a group of people traveling together, those who will book the trip will be responsible for all the payments to the company and for sharing the Agreement with each person in their party.

The booking process usually will follow these steps:

After you contact us & return the online questionnaire, one of our representatives will call you for a consultation. This step is designed to learn your preferences, travel dates, budget, and other pertinent details.

After the initial consultation, if you are interested in receiving our preliminary trip proposal, a planning fee (nonrefundable) will be required.

Once you revise the preliminary planning we will finalize your tour together, adding and revising the experiences to include.

To approve the finalized itinerary, we will ask you initial deposit so we can start to book all the experience and products for you.

The remaining balance is due 90 days before (or less for immediate departure) the trip start date.

All your international travel accommodation to reach Italy, including flight schedule you booked directly and any eventual modification, need to be communicated to us promptly.

We are not liable for any damage and/or delay due to "Force Majeure Events, therefore we strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance to ensure comprehensive coverage in the event of any unforeseen circumstances. We can recommend travel insurance as well.

We're here day and night to make sure your vacation is nothing short of amazing. However, sometimes unexpected hiccups can pop up despite our best efforts, and occasionally, Tour providers alter schedules or even cancel their reservations entirely. We will try to find the best possible alternative option(s) when it would be possible.

Due the fact we have to book and pay reservation in your behalf, please consider that you can request to cancel part of the entire trip, however you should be aware that cancellation fee will apply depending how close we are to tour start date. In general for 60 - or less days before the start date, the trip cost paid cannot be refunded.

It is your responsibility to obtain, carry, and/or pay for any documentation, visas, vaccinations, licences etc. that are required. Please note that entry may be refused even if the necessary information and travel documents are complete. In all this situation, we are not responsible for advising and/or obtaining the required travel documentation.
